These measurements include the loop at the top of the heart but not the drop. Please note that these measurements are approximate because all items are individually hand crafted. It includes organza ribbon or soft suede  for the heart

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Do contact us if there is a specific delivery date you have in mind. Postage and packing costs £8.50 for next day delivery. Special delivery and larger orders may cost more. FREE POSTAGE & PACKING ON ORDERS OVER £100.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.  If nobody is home to sign for the package, the postman will leave a  card.  You can collect the package from the local sorting office (the address will be on the card) or call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.

Returns

How  to Return your JewelleryWhen you receive your jewellery if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it to us .  Please include all original gift packaging and taking care to make sure the jewellery is totally  protected.

Refunds or Exchanges

Please return the jewellery to us within 14 days of receipt stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange (you can always email us first).  Postage for returns is at your own expense, but we recommend you send it recorded or special delivery.  We will let you know when we have received the jewellery and you will receive an email confirmation for your refund or exchange.  You will be charged postage for the replacement item at the appropriate cost.

Please note design fees for Bespoke or Tailored services are not refundable or creditable.

Faulty Goods

Email or call first .Please return the jewellery to us If the item is faulty, we will refund the cost of the item, including original delivery costs to you, plus delivery costs incurred by you when returning the item to us by Royal Mail.

 

Caring for your jewellery

All jewellery is designed and hand crafted by Bo Bangles and should be treated with care. Clean with a silver jewellery cloth, keep away from water and pack away when not in use to avoid discolouring.
